Description
when the player runs /jet make it so a 3 second countdown is displayed in chat and then their flight enables for 20 seconds with smoke particles below their feet. add a 3 minute cooldown to this. after 20 seconds disable the players flight with a message in chat saying "Your jet pack ran out of fuel!"
