Description
The plugin should add a red [X] (using &c color code) next to every player's chat, only viewable by operators, all other players will see it without the [X]. When the operator clicks on a message's [X] it will delete that message from the chat for all player's. Also add a /deletelogs command to view the 10 most recent chat deletions, who sent the chat, who deleted it, what was the content of the message, and when was it deleted. The /deletelogs command and the viewing of the red [X] and deletion function of the [X]'s permission should be configurable in the config.yml, but as a base it is operator's only.
