Description
create a criminal record plugin that allows me to create criminal record zones via a wand. and allows players to gain a criminal record for hurting or killing players within these zones.
- make 3 stages for the criminal record, neutral, warned and wanted
- make it so neutral is the default criminal record stage
- make it so if a player who is in neutral stage hits another player once inside these zones they move to the warned stage,
- make it so if a player who is in the warned stage hits another player inside these zones they move to the wanted stage
- if a wanted player hits someone in these zones they take 10% additional damage from players in pvp
- if a wanted player does not hit another player for 15 minutes set their stage to neutral
- if a warned player does not hit another player for 15 minutes set their stage to neutral
- create a config yml that enables me to edit every aspect of the plugin
- create a language yml that enables me to edit all the language of the plugin
