Create a complete, production-ready Minecraft plugin for PaperMC version 1.21.1 using Java.

1. 3D FOOTBALL SYSTEM
- Create a realistic 3D football using BlockDisplay (preferred) or ArmorStand.
- Implement physics:
- Gravity
- Rolling friction
- Bounce on ground
- Use Vector velocity system (NO teleport spam).
- Ball ownership system (player closest controls ball while dribbling).

2. 🥅 GOAL SYSTEM
- Two configurable goal areas (Goal A and Goal B).
- Detect when ball enters goal region (using bounding box).
- Increase correct team score.
- Play goal sound + particle effects.
- Reset ball to center after goal.

- Right-click to shoot ball.
- Hold click = increase power (charge system).
- Apply forward velocity based on player dir
