Golden Thunder Chest

Description
Create a Minecraft Java plugin (Paper/Spigot 1.21+) that adds a special Gold Chestplate with the following functionality:
1. Passive Buffs
While wearing the chestplate, the player continuously receives:
Haste II
Speed II
The chestplate should provide armor protection equivalent to a Netherite chestplate.
2. Thunder Aura Trail
When the player walks, a subtle thunder-themed particle trail appears behind the player.
The trail should only spawn behind the player’s movement path.
The wearing player should NOT see the trail in first-person, but other nearby players can see it.
The effect should be subtle and not visually overwhelming.
Particles should only appear while the player is moving (not standing still).
3. Lightning Strike Ability
When the player sneaks + left-clicks, summon lightning strikes in a circle around the player.
Radius: 6 blocks.
Strikes should be evenly distributed around the circle.
Each strike deals 4 hearts (8 HP) of damage, even to players wearing full Netherite Protection IV armor.
The player wearing the chestplate is immune to this lightning damage.
4. Lightning on Hit
When the player hits another player, there is a 12% chance to summon a normal lightning strike on the target.
