Description
Create a Minecraft Paper plugin (1.21+) that adds an unbreakable Gold Chestplate named “Stormbreaker Chestplate” with Netherite-level armor and toughness. While worn, the player passively gains Haste II and Speed III, which are removed when the chestplate is unequipped. When the player crouches and left-clicks, 6 lightning strikes hit in a circle around the player with a 5-block radius, each dealing 6.5 hearts of damage that ignores armor. Additionally, when hitting any entity, there is a 15% chance to summon a normal lightning strike dealing 2.5 hearts ignoring armor. Include a config.yml allowing server owners to adjust armor stats, passive effects, lightning radius, damage values, cooldowns, lightning chance, and enable/disable options. The chestplate must be unbreakable, identified with a persistent data tag to prevent fakes, and include optional sound and particle effects for the lightning strikes.
