make me a minecraft plugin paper 1.21.11 that The First Player That craft the mace will get the mace, the second, third, and so on cannot craft a mace. But, when the player that have the mace died and didn't have CURSE OF VANIHSING enchantment can grab the mace. However, if the player have the mace and died BUT THE MACE HAVE ENCHANTMENT CURSE OF VANISHING, they can't craft a mace anymore. And, don't tell all player that the mace is already been crafted, dropped, or lost
