Description
Create a Minecraft Java Edition plugin named OrbitalStrikeCannon for Spigot/Paper 1.20+.
PLUGIN FEATURES:
1. Command: /lunar orbital <player>
* Permission: operator only (OP).
* When executed, the specified player receives a Fishing Rod named "Orbital Strike Cannon".
* The item name must be purple colored (use Minecraft color formatting).
* The item should have lore like: "Right click to call an orbital strike".
2. Item Behavior:
* When the player casts and pulls the fishing rod, it activates the orbital strike.
* After the hook is pulled back, 100 TNT spawn high in the air (about 40–60 blocks above the hook location).
* TNT should fall from the sky and explode normally.
3. Effects:
* When the strike is activated, broadcast the message to the whole server:
"[PlayerName] used Orbital Strike!"
* Add sound and particle effects for dramatic impact (explosion sound, smoke or flame particles).
4. Single Use Item:
* The fishing rod must be one-time use only.
* After activation, the Orbital Strike Cannon fishing rod breaks and disappears from the player's inventory.
5. Restrictions:
* Only players with OP permission can run the command.
* The fishing rod cannot be crafted.
* The only way to obtain it is through the command.
6. Code Requirements:
* Written in Java.
* Compatible with Spigot/Paper API.
* Use event listeners for PlayerFishEvent.
* Prevent multiple triggers from the same rod.
