Description
Create a fully complete, production-ready Minecraft plugin for PaperMC 1.21.x named "SecretArmour".
This plugin must add a custom overpowered but balanced RPG-style armor set with active abilities, passive effects, keybind controls, particles, sounds, and cooldown systems.

## ARMOR SET (CUSTOM ITEMS)
Use Netherite armor with EXACT display names:
1. §5Helmet of Command
2. §bChestplate of Frost
3. §cLeggings of Flame
4. §eBoots of Infinity
Use ItemMeta display names to detect items.

* Gives full armor set to player
* Message: §aSecret Armour received!

## KEYBIND SYSTEM (IMPORTANT)
Since Minecraft plugins cannot detect custom keys directly, simulate keybinds using:
* F key → PlayerSwapHandItemsEvent
* Right Click → PlayerInteractEvent
* Shift (Sneak) → PlayerToggleSneakEvent
* Shift + Right Click → combination check
* Double Shift → detect using time difference (≤300ms)

1. HELMET OF COMMAND (Reality Glitch)
Trigger: F key
Effects:
* Cancel offhand swap
* Apply BLINDNESS (3 sec) to players within 6 blocks
* 25% chance to cancel incoming damage (optional bonus)
* Portal particles (large burst)
* Enderman teleport sound
Cooldown: 5 seconds

2. CHESTPLATE OF FROST (Freeze Aura)
Trigger: SHIFT + Right Click
Effects:
* Apply high SLOWNESS (level 3) to players in 5 block radius
* Apply RESISTANCE to wearer
* Snowflake particles (circular burst)
* Glass break / ice sound
Cooldown: 6 seconds

3. LEGGINGS OF FLAME (Fire Wave)
Trigger: Right Click
Effects:
* Set nearby players (4 block radius) on fire
* Flame particle explosion
* Fire charge sound

Trigger: Double SHIFT
Effects:
* Launch player forward using velocity

* Chestplate:
Constant RESISTANCE I effect
* Leggings:
Flame particles while moving
* Boots:
Constant SPEED I effect

* Use HashMap<UUID, Long>
* Store last usage timestamps
* Prevent ability spam
* Each ability has independent cooldown

## PERFORMANCE RULES
* Do NOT run heavy loops every tick
* Use PlayerMoveEvent carefully (light effects only)
* Check null items safely
* Avoid unnecessary particle spam

## FILES REQUIRED
Generate complete working plugin with:
1. SecretArmour.java (main class)
2. ArmourListener.java (all abilities + passives + keybinds)
3. ArmourCommand.java (command system)
4. plugin.yml
