Description
Make a plugin which adds an item named ''Throwable Web''.
- With the /web command you get the Throwable Web item
- If you right click the item, you throw cobwebs. When they land, there will be a 3x3 cobweb area.
- Add a 30 second cooldown
- Make sure you can't throw the webs in Worldguard protected areas
