Create a Minecraft PlaceholderAPI expansion plugin for Paper/Spigot 1.21.1 named "SmallCapsPlaceholder".
FEATURE:
Provide placeholders that convert player names into small caps Unicode.
PLACEHOLDERS:
- %smallcaps_name% → player name in small caps
- %smallcaps_original% → normal player name
SMALL CAPS MAP:
a=ᴀ b=ʙ c=ᴄ d=ᴅ e=ᴇ f=ꜰ g=ɢ h=ʜ i=ɪ j=ᴊ k=ᴋ l=ʟ m=ᴍ

RULES:
- Keep "_" and numbers unchanged
- Works automatically for all players
