Warden Chest Plate Beam

Description
Create a Minecraft Java plugin (1.21+) that adds a special diamond chestplate with the following functionality:
Activation: When a player is wearing the chestplate and sneaks (Shift) + left-clicks, it fires a Warden-style beam from the player’s chest.
Beam behavior:
Shoots in the exact direction the player is looking.
Travels in a straight line.
Displays Warden-like sonic boom particles along its path.
Damages any mobs it hits.
Cooldown: Each player can fire the beam once every 60 seconds.
Requirements:
The plugin should track individual player cooldowns.
Beam disappears automatically after reaching a max distance (e.g., 50 blocks) or hitting a mob.
Must work in vanilla Paper/Spigot 1.21 servers.
Optional enhancements (if possible):
Play a sound effect similar to Warden attack when firing.
Allow configurable damage and beam speed in a config file.
