Description
Create a Minecraft Paper plugin (1.21+) that adds an unbreakable Diamond Chestplate called “Warden Diamond Chestplate.” While a player wears it, they permanently have Speed I and Strength I, which are removed when the chestplate is taken off. Every 20 seconds, the chestplate automatically shoots a warden-style projectile from the player’s eye location in the direction they are looking, damaging entities it hits with optional warden particles and sounds. When the wearer hits another player in melee, there is a 15% chance to apply Blindness for 10 seconds. Include a command /wardenchest give <player> with permission wardenchest.give to obtain the item. All abilities (effects, cooldown, damage, blindness chance, blindness duration, particles, sounds, enable/disable options) must be fully configurable in a config.yml, and the item should be identified using a persistent data tag to prevent fake copies.
