Description
Create a Minecraft Paper plugin (1.21+) that adds an unbreakable Netherite Chestplate named “Withered Chest” with custom lore. While worn:
When the player crouches and right-clicks, it shoots a Wither Skull in the direction the player is looking, with a configurable damage value and a 3-second cooldown.
When the player crouches and left-clicks, it gives the player flight for 30 seconds, allowing them to shoot Wither Skulls every 1 second, but this ability has a 3-minute cooldown.
When hitting another player in melee, there is a 20% chance to apply the Wither effect for 4 seconds.
Include a config.yml that allows server owners to adjust: Wither Skull damage, cooldowns, flight duration, Wither effect chance/duration, and enable/disable options. The chestplate must be unbreakable, identified with a persistent data tag to prevent fake copies, and optionally have particles or sound effects for abilities.
